On Tuesday, December 4, 2007, Judge Timothy Ryan of the Maricopa County Superior Court authorized the sale at public auction of some of the personal property obtained from the defendants.

 

This auction with be held on December 13, 2007 at Arizona Auctioneers located at 1802 South First Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003. The auction will commence at 10 am.

 

Previewing will occur on December 12, 2007 from 10 am to 3 pm and on December 13, 2007 from 8:30 am to 10 am.
